Refund Policy
Last updated: May 22, 2026
tdb.bet wants you to feel confident paying for an entry. Here is exactly when refunds are issued:
Automatic refunds
- You request a refund before pick-lock. A full refund is issued, no questions asked. The pick-lock time for each show is shown on the show's page and on your pick form.
- The show is canceled by the band or venue. A full refund is issued automatically within 7 days of the cancellation being confirmed.
- The show's setlist is never finalized within 30 days of the show. A full refund is issued automatically — your entry cannot be scored if the official setlist never gets published.
No refund
- After pick-lock. Once your picks are locked, the entry is non-refundable. You bought a slot in a contest that has now begun.
- You scored zero. Skill-based contests don't refund bad picks any more than poker rooms refund busted hands.
- You forgot the show was happening. Pick-lock is shown on the show page and you receive a confirmation email at purchase. Calendar reminders are your responsibility.
- You disagree with the official setlist. Setlist disputes are resolved through Stripe / the venue / the band, not through chargebacks against tdb.bet. The setlist as published by the Biscuits Internet Project at finalization is authoritative.
How to request a refund
Email sitgme@proton.me with the subject "Refund request" and the show date / your account email. We will respond within 3 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original card via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. We refund liberally for the cases listed above and we cannot help you if you file a chargeback before contacting us. Filing a chargeback to game the system (e.g. after picking poorly) will result in account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.
