Terms of Service
Last updated: May 22, 2026
tdb.bet is a skill-based setlist prediction contest for fans of The Disco Biscuits. By creating an account or paying for entry, you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must reside in a US state or territory where skill-based pari-mutuel contests with prize pools are lawful. By creating an account, you represent that you are not located in Arizona, Hawaii, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, or Washington.
- tdb.bet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Disco Biscuits, The Biscuits Internet Project, or any associated entity.
2. The contest
- For each show you enter, you submit ten (10) ranked song picks before the show's pick-lock time.
- Picks are scored by comparing them to the official setlist as published by The Biscuits Internet Project after the show. Pick 1 (your top pick) is worth 10 points; Pick 10 is worth 1 point.
- Bonus modifiers (Opener, Set 1 wildcard, Set 2 wildcard) and bustout multipliers further modify the base score. Full mechanics are in the Contest Rules.
- This is a contest of skill. No element of the contest depends on chance or random outcomes generated by tdb.bet.
3. Entry fees and prizes
- Entry fees are listed in US dollars per the page where you initiate the purchase. We process payments via Stripe; we never store or transmit your card details.
- For competitive (paid) entries, fifty percent (50%) of the entry-fee pool for that show is paid to the highest-scoring competitive entrant after the show is finalized; the remaining fifty percent is retained by tdb.bet to cover operating costs. The exact prize structure for each show is shown on the show's page before you enter.
- Casual (free) entries do not earn money. They appear on a separate, non-competitive leaderboard.
- Payouts are issued via Stripe within fourteen (14) days of the show's setlist being finalized. We may require additional verification for payouts above $600 to comply with US tax reporting (Form 1099-MISC).
4. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for details. In short: refunds are available before pick-lock; once your picks are locked, the entry is non-refundable except where the show itself is canceled by the band.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
- One account per person. Multi-accounting is prohibited and any associated picks will be disqualified.
- You are responsible for the security of your password.
- You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit picks.
- You may not attempt to access, probe, or interfere with tdb.bet's systems beyond normal use.
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse. We will refund any unredeemed paid entries on termination unless termination is for cause.
6. Disputes
Scoring disputes must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the show's setlist being finalized. The setlist as reflected by the Biscuits Internet Project at the moment of finalization is authoritative. tdb.bet's determinations on scoring are final.
7. Disclaimers
tdb.bet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the contest will be free of errors, that prizes will be available, or that the service will be available at any particular time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tdb.bet's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the contest is limited to the amount you paid to tdb.bet in the 90 days preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Strafford County, New Hampshire.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note the update date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced via email to active accounts at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
